More Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Site layouts for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this new document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling different sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.

More materials released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
